"Truly caring! Scott was persistent without intruding or harassing. Gave me great quotes after polite and consistent follow up… that took me another 6 weeks after, to even look at. "Had a great conversation with one of the local StateFarm agents from this location- Scott. I switched from Progressive to StateFarm a couple of years ago for my auto policy and my monthly premiums drastically lowered in price. This office in particular has done a great job at explaining options and keeping my premiums low. I now have my car and my Renters’ policies through State Farm and will be adding a motorcycle policy shortly. Today, I reached out to get some quotes for motorcycle insurance and Scott helped me go over different options, his recommendations based on the models I had in mind, and seemed to genuinely care about getting me a good deal. He was very informative, patient, and most importantly (to me) didn’t come off as a pushy salesman which is not the same treatment I used to get when calling other insurance companies to compare quotes. Today, I felt like I was talking to a neighbor or a work colleague I actually like (as cliché as that sounds! Lol). Because of his patience, I was willing to discuss some of the other offers available to me and gained some knowledge on other services StateFarm offers such as life insurance options.
